Chad Buck

Chad Buck is the hardworking force behind keeping the Champ’s Heart ranch running smoothly, safely, and looking its best! As our Ranch & Property Manager, Chad oversees the maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, fencing, pastures, and grounds. From tackling unexpected repairs and maintaining the property to making improvements that benefit our horses, volunteers, and participants, Chad is always finding ways to make the ranch better.

Despite working a full-time job outside of Champ’s Heart, Chad dedicates countless hours to caring for the ranch. Whether something needs fixing, building, moving, or improving, you can always count on Chad to roll up his sleeves and get the job done. He is truly our go-to guy and never hesitates to lend a hand wherever it's needed!

When Chad isn't busy working around the ranch, he enjoys building and racing cars, camping, and riding dirt bikes. He is also the proud dog dad of Noodle and Bear, two familiar four-legged members of the Champ’s Heart family!

Chad's incredible work ethic, dedication, and willingness to help make him an invaluable part of Champ’s Heart. So much of what happens behind the scenes is possible because of his hard work, and we are incredibly grateful to have him as part of our ranch family!
